I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel high up on a hill, offering breath-taking views of Lake Lugano. The location alone makes this hotel worth every penny. Additionally, the staff were incredibly attentive and provided exceptional service throughout my stay. The rooms were well-appointed and even included a free baby bed, perfect for families. The breakfast spread was also a standout, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

There was no coffee and tea kettle to the room. The minibar had only water, and two sodas. The mattress was too soft. It was hard to get to the hotel without a car. If you drive, very steep turns and it's quite dark on the road... No coffee facilities, minibar with water and only two kinds of drinks (non alcoholic). The mattress was too soft. In the hotel for the first time, stopped on the way from Italy to Switzerland, first for 1 night, then extended for 2 more. In the first reviews all honest, everything, all available:parking free, water free, wi-fi fast, swimming pools with hot water inside and outside, location in the mountains just fall in love with Kempinski in Mont-Perelin. Breakfast is delicious all fresh and cheese and Fish and ham. coffee is delicious. Dinner is also very tasty, it's expensive, although nowhere in Switzerland to eat cheap. clean everywhere and in the pools and rooms. bed linen was changed every day, warm down blankets and pillows. warm in the room. Room view of the lake taken specially pumped and sun beds and a table on the balcony all as in 5 *, in the hot sunny weather all comfortable. From pools did not come out and old and young very quickly and varied time flowed, especially good in cold weather just when we were. the best way to get to the hotel by car, you can take the bus 2 routes, I think it is not very convenient. It's 20 minutes to Lugano Center.

The pool is clean, there is parking available, the rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and nicely decorated, the location is near a cable car station with mountain views.

This hotel is a hidden gem high up the mountain where you have breath-taking views of Lake Lugano. The rooms are spacious with a balcony offering a wonderful view. The staff is attentive and the service is top-notch. The breakfast is delicious with a good variety of options.

Rigidity at checking out. we asked for a small extension (1-2 hours) but it was refused. Considering the cost of the hotel some more flexibility would be appropriate.

Nice hotel in the mountains with its spa. Standard room is big and clean! Welcome bottle of water and apples. Nice swimming pool with sea fashion and outdoor winter pool with heated water. Saunas Russian, Finnish, hammam, eco, room with calcium, font with cold water. Table in the restaurant must be booked, the cost of dinner with a bottle of wine (3000-3500 rubles) is not less than 12.000 rubles for two. Breakfast is wonderful! The view from the veranda is incredible! Only because of this view you can come here! Nice coffee from the vending machine. Huge selection of baked goods. The hotel isn't big, we've seen squirrels and lizards. The hotel's parking is free.

The rooms have sunny balconies and comfy beds with a "pillow menu". The service is friendly and helpful, and the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The spa facilities are amazing, with a Finnish-styled sauna and live piano music in the evenings.

I highly recommend this hotel to others looking for a luxurious and relaxing spa holiday. The amenities are excellent, and the cleanliness is top-notch.

My Xmas stay in Ticino was amazing. the first thing I realized was how stunning the view was. the snow-capped mountains and the lakes left me mesmerized. the complimentary fruits and spa robes were a delightful surprise in the room. the quality and selection of food was marvelous, and the 5 course tasting menu was the highlight of my trip. the hotel location was perfect – it was easy to find, and the air was fresh, which added to my overall experience.

One drawback of the stay was that my table for the 5 course meal didn't have a view, which was a bit of a disappointment. It would have been nice to have a window seat since we booked the meal well in advance.
